Comfy bed in the double room, plus a large wardrobe, coffee facilities, and a kettle. Very good bedrooms, attentive staff with one more member of staff.

The room was functional and decent size with nice view. Its location just close to a Victorian shopping mall was marvellous.

Private parking and good basic breakfast with decent bread, porridge, lovely coffee. The rooms pet-friendly, brand-new with the bedroom, wine, a beautiful view.

It was in an incredible location near to Right next to the castle and the center. In the evening we visited Casanova, set close to the hotel.

Centrally located central to shops etc, appreciated this place. Also - near to stadium, city centre and rail station, transportation options, and river cruise. Warm, freshly prepared breakfast with great options.  

The location was incredible, close to a beautifully ornate pleasure palace. The restaurant was very clean with friendly staff, we ordered amazing dishes.

Competent staff, fairly clean and homely hotel. Early check-in, parking on site. Late check out. Gorgeous, handy location in the area. And just next door to the centre, Cardiff Castle, and the restaurant.  

The hotel was stylish and clean, with caring staff on the reception desk. The location was handy yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. There were different stores and souvenir shops around the property.  

The location was magnificent and amazing as for me, next to a major tourist attraction, fine and casual dining, the New Theater, shopping, citywide public transportation, and transport to airports, and other Welsh and UK destinations as well as the castle and the
